The writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry as contemplated under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act in respect of the affairs of the Aruppukottai Taluk Handloom Cloth Producers Association (Registration https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.93/2002), Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to cancel and not to recognize the resolution dated 28.01.2018 in respect of Agenda Nos.2 to 4. 2.Even though a larger prayer has been sought for in the writ petition, at the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent for considering his representation dated 14.06.2018.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the records carefully.

4. Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, dated 14.06.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
