O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.03.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that they received the petitioner's complaint in respect of the pathway dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and the same is under consideration. Therefore, they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within one week.
3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 3rd respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.
4. According to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent due to pathway dispute involved in criminal activities. Therefore, he lodged a complaint. The 2nd respondent also admitted the receipt of the complaint and the Page No. 2 of 4
same is under enquiry. Therefore, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law within period of one week from the date of this order.
5. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
