ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash an FIR in Crime No.1041 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent, as against the petitioner/Accused No.4. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner herein threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences and also abused with filthy language. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint and for the same, an FIR had been registered in Crime No. 1041 of 2021, for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 506(2) and 109 of IPC. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she had not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint lodged by the defacto complaint.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police stated that during investigation, the respondent police found that no offence made out as against the petitioner. Hence, her name was deleted from the FIR in Crime No. 1041 of 2021 and further, he stated that the investigation is in progress. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
