ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2826 of 2025, dated 19.02.2025.

2. Mr.R.Senthilkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that though the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly without any violation, in view of the offence involved in this case is grave in nature, he prays for a modification of the condition imposed by this Court.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(iii)) imposed by this Court in the order in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2826 of 2025, dated 19.02.2025, is hereby modified and the petitioners are directed to appear the respondent-Police weekly twice (i.e., on Monday and Friday) at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
