PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 7 herein to initiate suitable action as against the eighth respondent - English Medium School, which is functioning in violation of the Tamil Nadu Recognized Private Schools [Regulation] Act, 1973 and the Rules thereunder and issue closure order for the eighth respondent English Medium School forthwith and further direct the respondents 1 to 7 herein, to admit those students from the eighth respondent English Medium School into any any recognized Schools or any Government Schools of their choice.
