RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP(MD)No.5817 of 2021 dated 23.04.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SATHYA CHITHAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHU MANICKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P (MD).No.5817 of 2021 dated 23.04.2021.

2.This Court, by order dated 23.04.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD). No.5817 of 2021, directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with condition, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time to execute the sureties. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
