PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2015 and to renew petitioner's Jewel Loan A/c No.441300075 within the stipulated time.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider his request made by way of representation dated 28.09.2015 for renewal of jewel loan A/C No.441300075.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the said application is made, the first respondent has not passed any orders so far.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents Bank submitted that the petitioner is not entitled for such renewal. However, he submits that no order is passed on the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ application so far.

4. Therefore without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the parties, I only direct the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
