2. According to the petitioner, in the revenue record, the extent of the petition mentioned survey number must be shown as 3207 sq.ft (ie.) 7.36 cents instead of 00.0. The petitioner has given representation in this regard.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the enquiry has already been completed and final order will be passed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said stand of the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
