ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to close the TASMAC outlet shop Nos.5432 and 5440 situate in Y.Othakadai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2014.

2. We have faith in the District Collectors. We find that they consider the objections raised by people concerned in the matter of location or relocation of TASMAC shops. In this case also a complaint is made. It may be considered by the District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Collector and if any violation is found, the shop may be directed to be relocated to an appropriate place.

3.With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
