ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2014 and enquire into the allegations levelled against the 2nd respondent and initiate appropriate action against him. 2.The case of the petitioner is that levelling certain allegations against the 2nd respondent, he sent a representation to the 1st respondent on 30.10.2014. However, no action has been taken on the representation of the petitioner, by the 1st respondent for the years together and hence, the petitioner is before this Court, praying for appropriate directions to the 1st respondent. 3.There is no representation on behalf of the respondents. 4.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be considered by the first respondent, if not considered already. 5.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
representation dated 30.10.2014, if not already considered and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
