Sundarraj : Respondent/Defacto Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in connection with the impugned FIR registered by the first respondent in Crime No.1104 of 2020 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same in view of the compromise entered between the defacto complainant/the second respondent and the petitioners/accused No.1 and 2.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.1104 of 2020, pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the matter was already settled between the parties and prayed the FIR to be quashed.

3.Mr.V.Thangadurai, learned counsel who appears on behalf of the second respondent, admitted that the matter was already compromised between the parties.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has also admitted the same.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8625 of 2020 5.Both the parties are present before their counsels' office and appeared before this Court through video conference. All the parties agreed for the compromise through the video conference system.

6.A joint compromise memo was filed before this Court. Both the parties and their counsel have agreed for the terms of the compromise and signed the compromise memo and the compromise memo is recorded.

7.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed by quashing the FIR registered in Crime No.1104 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent. The joint compromise memo shall form a part and parcel of this order.
