This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members and his property situated at Survey No.2/2B, Thiruppachetti South Village, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District and also take necessary action against 3rd to 6th respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD).No.9517 of 2021 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner sent a detailed representation to the first respondent police herein on 19.04.2021 requesting take necessary action and to provide police protection to the petitioner. But inspite of receipt of the said representation, no action has been taken. 3.Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and he would submit that the representation dated 19.04.2021 is pending before the first respondent and also submitted that he has no objection to issue direction to the official respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2021. 4.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court directs the official respondents to consider the representation dated 19.04.2021 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and to the private respondents. This exercise shall be done by the official respondents within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
