ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents to issue the reduced guideline value as on 09.06.2017 qua the land comprised in R.S.No.79 Part, Anna Nagar, 10th Cross Street, Sathamangalam Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12649 of 2023 dated 18.12.2023 and confirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.512 of 2024, dated 06.03.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner sought for the relief in the light of the order passed by this Court made in W.P.No. 12649 of 2023 dated 18.12.2023 and confirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court made in W.A.No.512 of 2024, dated 06.03.2024. However, the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.30760 of 2024, by order dated 05.08.2024.

3.In view of the above, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation subject to the result of the Special Leave Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
