PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner, which is pending in O.S.No.35 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner, which is pending in O.S.No.35 of 2020, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti.

2. On the complaint lodged by the counter parties, the respondents 1 and 2 forwarded the complaint to the Tahsildar, Vadipatti, Madurai District.
