ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents, the petitioner is a history sheeter and due to election time, he has kept under surveillance. He further submitted that in case if any proceeding is sought to be initiated, appropriate show case notice would be issued to the petitioner.
