ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and 4th respondents in respect of property in S.No.304/4, in an extent of 0.83 cents in patta No.4287, North Singampunari, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein enquiry has been undertaken in C.P.No.151 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute between the parties, over which, a suit in O.S.No.12 of 2006 has been filed and that was also decreed. Based on the above, the complaint has been closed. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is not a party in the above said suit. But, harassment is made. 2/4

4.However, since the complaint itself is closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.04.2023 NCC :
