ORDER

No case has been made out for granting leave. The petitioner is not having patta in respect of Survey No.582/16. On the other hand, the writ petitioner / Ajitha is having patta. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that Alagar / petitioner herein filed another writ petition and that in that writ petition, direction was given for considering the petitioner's objection also.

2. In these circumstances, the question of granting relief does not arise. The Sub Application petition is dismissed. The contempt petition is dismissed at the SR stage itself.
