ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the proceedings in DV No.1 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Kulithalai.

2.The main ground on which this transfer has been sought for by this petitioner is that he is living in Chennai, along with his parents and it will not be possible to go over to Kulithalai for every hearing. The other ground raised by the petitioner is that his parents have also been added as party in the DV proceedings and they will not be in a position to appear before the Court every time. 3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit to dispense with the appearance of the second, third and fourth respondents therein in the DV proceedings and they shall be represented by Counsel. It is enough, if the petitioner herein appears before the Court in order to conduct the proceedings. 4.Since the proceedings is of the year 2016, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate -I, Kulithalai to conclude the proceedings in DV No.1 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report compliance of this order to the Registry, immediately after completion of the proceedings.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
