This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 2 to 6 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 1 to 5 issued summons under Section 110 of Cr.P.C and they insisted the petitioner to appear for enquiry, without any basis and hence, he filed this petition.

1 to 4 would submit that the respondents issued a summons to execute the bond for a particular period and the said period is now over. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
