O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and further direct to not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties, based up on his representation dated 24.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and one Sudha, thereby, the said Sudha lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Taking advantage of the same, the second respondent called the petitioner frequently under the guise of enquiry by interfering with the civil dispute. Therefore, she sent a representation, dated 24.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner used to receive commission from the public for arranging loan and thereafter, the petitioner failed to arrange loan. At the time of receiving money, she has received blank cheques and thereafter, she has not arranged the loan, 2/5

thereby, more than 14 complaints were received. Based on that the petitioner was called for enquiry. The petitioner, without appearing for enquiry, immediately filed this petition and sent the representation. The said representation is still pending and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of fifteen days.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry of the complaints received against the petitioner along with the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order, in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
