ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.6 of 2025, dated 06.01.2025, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not impleaded the proper/necessary party in the present Contempt Petition.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to proceed further with the Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Contempt Petition by impleading the proper/necessary party, in the manner known to law.
