ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and dispose of his representation dated 29.10.2014 through which the petitioner seeks for reinstatement of service. 3.It is seen that the petitioner was placed under suspension on 10.06.2014 consequent upon the proceedings initiated under the Prevention of Corruption Act. However, the petitioner made the present representation on 29.10.2014 seeking for review even before the expiry of six months period. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to make a fresh representation seeking for review of the suspension order after the expiry of the relevant period and if any such representation is made, it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is for the respondent to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. This Court however, is not expressing any view on the merits
