PRAYER in all the H.C.Ps.:- Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writs of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records in Detention Order passed in P.D.Nos.41, 43 and 42/2018, dated 22.12.2018, on the file of the second respondent herein, set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioners' sons namely, JD @ Dineshkumar, male, aged 24 years, Purushothaman, S/o.Sivaji, Male, aged 19 years and Vasanthakumar, Male, aged 22 years respectively, who are detained in Central Prison, Trichy, before this Court and set them at liberty forthwith.

Today when the matters were taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the period of detention came to an end on 22.12.2019 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Habeas Corpus Petitions. 2.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Habeas Corpus Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
