RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.5254 of 2021 dated 15.04.2021 by this Hon ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.PRABU.M, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.MUTHU MANICKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5254 of 2021, dated 15.04.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 01.05.2021 onwards.

3.Heard both sides.

CRL MP(MD) No.3744 of 2021 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e. on every second and fourth Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
