ORDER

The petitioner has sought for survey based on his application dated 21.06.2024.

2. The petitioner claims to have the survey conducted based on the registered sale deed in his favour and also patta granted to the petitioner. The petitioner also seeks for police protection at the time of survey to prevent any law and order situation arising.

Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has purchased the property in an unapproved layout and even earlier when one of the plot owners had requested for survey, some of the plots were not identifiable and survey could not be conducted. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the respondents would attempt to identify the petitioner's plots and thereafter, pass final orders on the petitioner's application.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to identify and locate the petitioner's plots on the basis of the sale deed and patta issued to the petitioner and thereafter, if the plots are identified then, survey shall be proceeded. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 03.04.2025 am 3/5
