a stipulated time and further direct the fourth respondent to give adequate police protection.

ORDER

The petitioner has sought for survey based on his application dated 29.07.2024 and 07.10.2024.

2. The petitioner claims to have the survey conducted based on the registered sale deed in her favour and also patta granted to the petitioner. The petitioner also seeks for police protection at the time of survey to prevent any law and order situation arising.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to identify and locate the petitioner's plots on the basis of the sale deed and patta issued to the petitioner and thereafter, if the plots are identified 2/4

then, survey shall be proceeded. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
