Seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry and to file the final report, in Crime No.5 of 2016, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that after investigation, the respondent Police has closed the case in Crime No.5 of 2016, as mistake of fact on 27.01.2016 and filed the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy. 4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
