This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation, dated 21.02.2022 submitted by the petitioner and to instruct the second respondent to take appropriate action and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaints before the first and second respondent police on 30.03.2021 and 21.02.2022 and the same are still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
