ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The writ petition has been filed for formation of a special committee to oversea the retrieval of encroached lands of temples.

2.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the HR & CE Department has taken effective machinery for removal of encroachments and they are taking steps to recover all the properties of temples and in fact, year by year the number of properties recovered and income generated out of collection of revenue from the temple properties has also increased.
3.In such view of the matter, we find no reason to issue any further direction in this regard. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
