The petitioner has filed an application for admission to MBBS/BDS Course to the first respondent Selection Committee. The application reached the first respondent belatedly due to postal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

delay. In view of the delay in submitting the application, the first respondent has refused to accept the same. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the first respondent has taken a decision to accept the application, which has been received belatedly due to postal delay. 4.In view of the abovesaid submission, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.12475 of 2018 is also closed.
