ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.S.SURESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.J.ASHOK, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for R1, R2.

2.It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the land is classified as 'Gramma Natham Poromboke' in the revenue records.

WP(MD) No.8545 of 2023 3.The second respondent is directed to get instructions and place it before this Court in the form of counter about whether the Sriman Natanagopala Swamigal Sabha Dharmam is situated in that particular land now, whether it is functioning and is there any dispute in functioning and the number of years it is functioning there.

4.List the matter again on 19.06.2023.
