ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2021 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

(*)2.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the third respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents 1, 2 and 4, notice to the respondents 1, 2 & 4 is dispensed with. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.24 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai seeking declaration and permanent injunction. He further submits that the suit is pending from the year 2021 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs.
