ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned Standing Counsel who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent University to absorb him to the post of Junior Assistant from the date of his appointment. In fact, the petitioner seeks for regularisation of his service.

3.Needless to mention that it is for the respondent to consider such request and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and therefore, this Court at this stage is not expressing any view on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the merits and contentions raised in this writ petition. However, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
