ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The writ petition has been filed contending that the impugned notice has been issued to the petitioner's sister who has already settled the property in his favour.

2.We find that action has been taken by the authority at the behest of the third party who is not impleaded as a party respondent in this writ petition.

3.Mr.M.Alagadevan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner can give his representation to the authorities explaining the circumstances under which the property came to be in his possession, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

4.In view of the above, we dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to submit a detailed representation to the authorities concerned, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. It is made clear that if no representation is given, the authorities are entitled to proceed further in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
