O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondent Police to to alter the F.I.R., in Crime No.490 of 2015, by adding the accused A.Yogeshkumar and file a final report before the concerned Court within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it was registered only on 11.11.2015, for the offence punishable under Section 304(A) I.P.C.

4. Going by the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that it will take some time to complete the investigation by the respondent. Hence, the criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to expedite the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation, in Crime No.490 of 2015, and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, as expeditiously as possible.
