respondents 5 and 6 are constructing Kalyanamandapam near CSI blind school without obtaining prior approval from the competent authorities. Therefore, the petitioner has given representation to the respondents 1 to 4 on 18.03.2015. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to all the parties concerned so as to avoid allegations of violation of principles of natural justice within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
