ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 2nd Respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.69 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, within a period that may be stipulated by the court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far four witnesses have been examined and the investigation will be completed within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.Considering the nature of complaint, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of five months before the concerned trial Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
