ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents/Tahsildar, Sankarankovil, Tenkasi District and the Taluk Head Surveyor, Tenkasi District to conduct survey relating to property in Patta No. 1517, SF No. 786/2, 786/3D3, totally measuring 16 cents, 74 Sq.ft at North Panavadali Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District. The petitioner had given a representation on 20.03.2023 and also paid necessary charges via e-challan on 18.03.2023. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader, who appears on behalf of the respondents had pointed out the patta, wherein, there are as many as 11 joint pattadhars along with the petitioner herein. 3.The first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the pattadhars found in the said patta and examine whether there are any objections. If there is no objection, then he may proceed to survey the land. If 2/4

any objection is raised, then the same may be noted and a report may be filed giving reasons for not surveying the land. The said exercise should be completed within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is stands disposed. No costs.
