2.The petitioners seeks for a mandamus, directing the respondent to furnish Tax Certificate showing deduction of income tax from the contract bills of the petitioner for the period 2008-2009, 2009 and 2010-2011 along with the revised Form-26 A.

3.It appears that the petitioner has already made representation seeking for grant of such certificate on 11.08.2015. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date such certificate is not issued to the petitioner.

5.Needless to say that it is for the authorities to consider the representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 6.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the third and fourth respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
