O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.89 of 2016.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 12.03.2016, it is seen that 107 proceedings against the opposite parties were pending before the Revenue Authorities, in respect of the dispute on hand. That apart, the petitioner has not even stated the date, on which the incident have taken place. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent police on the complaint dated 12.03.2016 said to have been given by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
