PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.195 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 302 and 506(ii) IPC in crime No.195 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to land dispute, the petitioners along with other accused attempted to assault one Kumaralekkan and attacked one Suriya with wooden log on his head. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 11.04.2021, hence they may be granted bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that it is second bail petition and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD)No.7183 of 2021 earlier bail petition, filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6408 of 2021, was dismissed by this Court on 13.05.2021 and there is no change in circumstance. Therefore, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) strongly opposed this petition. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
