ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.122 of 2023 and to file a final report.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the accused persons have been identified and one Ramesh, who is djuvenile and his father, Ramar have surrendered before the respondent Police on 17.04.2024 and 21.04.2024 respectively. Since the accused have been identified, the final report would be filed within a period of eight weeks.
