Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to conduct a survey and demarcate the petitioner company's lands in Survey No.652/2, Thuvakudi Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Tiruchirapalli District so as to enabling the petitioner company to fence the same with the assistance of the Jurisdictional Police's protection in a time bound manner.
