No.60 of 2017 initiated by the petitioner and dispose according to law and thus render Justice.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "For extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 03/11/2020, 09/08/2021 and 19/11/2021 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai vide letter D.No. 2127 of 2022, dated 21/04/2022, this Court made the following Order:- The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, sent a letter dated 21.04.2022, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of O.S.No.151 of 2018 along with O.S.No.60 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.11.2020.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 21.04.2022, three months' time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 03.11.2020.
