PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to pass an order of direction, to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for fencing her property situating in the land in re-survey number 260/7A9, Kepparpattinam, Manamadurai Town, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2022 within the time limit, that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble High Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for fencing her property situating in the land in resurvey number 260/7A9, Kepparpattinam, Manamadurai Town, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2022 within the time limit, that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner owned property in re-survey number 260/7A9, Kepparpattinam, Manamadurai Town, Sivagangai District to an extent of 8850 sq.ft. When the petitioner was about to fence the property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8374 of 2022 the respondents 3 and 4 are objecting the same. Admittedly it is a property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 for which police protection cannot be granted.
