This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.03.2016 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 19.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
