The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents more particularly the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame as stipulated by this Court forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
