ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the vacant Site Tax issued in favour of the respondents 5 and 6 for the property comprised in T.S.No.6/1 to an extent of 46 1⁄2 cents situated at Ward No.24, North Zone-2, KulamangalamMain Road,
Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, as per the proceedings issued by the first respondent in Ma.Va.1/63551/95 (Office Order No.24/99), dated 14.12.1999, by issuing the Vacant Site Tax (SNR. 115/CP/22-23/0077434) to the petitioner, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2023 within time frame stipulated by this Court.
2. In the last occasion, the petitioner has sought time to get instructions from his client, since the very same issue is the subject matter of writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.465 of 2021.
3. Today when matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not appeared before this Court. However, considering the fact that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is the very same issue in W.A(MD)No.465 of 2021, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
