2.Challenging the communication of the 2nd respondent dated 16.11.2023, this Writ Petition is filed.

3.The said communication was sent by the 2nd respondent to the Registrar, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, which is pursuant to the direction of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.23947 of 2023, dated 27.10.2023. Such communication would provide no cause to the writ petitioner to move the Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India. The writ petitioner ought to establish the cause for the purpose of entertaining the Writ Petition. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
