ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN,J.) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to implement a Government Order and also to direct the respondents to strictly adhere to the order passed by the First Bench of this Court in W.P.No.3007 of 2014. 2.Heard Mr.R.M.Arun Swaminathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.When there is already an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court and when there is already an order issued by the Government for the implementation of the guidelines, a second mandamus will be of no avail. If the respondents have not complied with the directions issued by a Division Bench of this Court on the first occasion, there is no guarantee that one more remedy will bring forth the desired result. Therefore, the petitioner in such cases should work out a different remedy and not seek another mandamus which will also go a waste. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
